Q. How long does the product take to come?
A. If it is in stock the same week as it is ordered and paid for. If it is not in stock it will take a bit longer but we will inform you as to when it will be coming.
Q. How do I know I will receive the item and that you are reliable?
A. We are a shop not someone that sells from a bedroom you can see where we are based in the location page.
Q. How safe is my details?.
A. We never pass your information on to anyone without your knowledge. We pride ourselves in keeping our customers safe we want you to come back again having been happy with our service.
Q. How do I know that the product is good and not something cheap?
A. We pride ourselves that we would not sell something that we would not put on our own cars we also listen to feed back from you our customer if we get bad feed back we would check what the problem is and if we agree we would stop selling that product we want you to be happy. Bad products make unhappy customers we want you to come back.
Q. What if the product doesn’t arrive?
A. Email us if it doesn’t arrive the same week we will check out what has happened to the item/s usually there is a very simple explanation.
